I’m Keira, a content strategist and storyteller with 12 years of experience in the b2b fintech space, helping brands translate complex financial concepts into content that feels clear, human, and genuinely engaging. Over the years, I’ve led content strategies across payments, edtech, and financial innovation; building brand narratives and  personalities that connect businesses, inspire trust, and drive growth.

When I’m not deep-diving into authorisation rates, chargebacks, APIs, and SDKs, I’m a mum to three young girls who keep life wonderfully loud and full of surprises. We spend our weekends exploring the countryside, chasing fresh air and muddy boots, before heading home to roaring fires, way too much cheese, and the occasional cat chaos (we have two who think they run the place).

For me, great content is a lot like family life. It’s about balance, connection, and making sure every voice feels heard.
